Review content:
I've been really happy with this agency over the past few years for a variety of reasons. We really took our time in shopping around for a good agency when we first started using au pairs three years ago. I had heard good and bad things about many of them and really didn't know what to expect since I didn't personally know anyone who was using an agency at the time. (Since then 2 of our family friends have started using this agency.) We chose aupaircare because we felt the most comfortable with their customer service and payment plan, plus we fell in love with an au pair profile. I like that they allow us to go in and look at all the au pairs ourselves as opposed to other agencies that wanted to do it for us. We've had 4 au pairs so far. One of them didn't work because she did not acclimate to being in a new place--she pretty much never smiled and stayed in her room all the time, not to mention the ridiculous phone bill. We were worried that the agency would hassle us but they were very helpful and we had a new au pair who we loved in a matter of weeks. Pros: Let us take charge of the matching process Cons: Au pairs are awful drivers
