Review content:
Dr. Delaney used to be wonderful with pets, and had a great business when she used to work out of her car. Couldn't have asked for better. Now that the business has grown, it has gone completely downhill. You never know who you are going to see when you make an appointment and the doctors on staff have changed every visit. The office staff is either poorly trained, or have been there so long they ""know as much as the doctors"" they seem to think. They often belittle you in front of others. Service seems to be hit or miss, and there is no follow-through with seeing whomever is available. The compassion part of the office title no longer fits. Dr. Delaney should go back to servicing totally from her car!!
Pros: Dr. Delaney's way with animals
Cons: The growth of the office, changing doctors, office help
