As I was out and about today, I used my cell phone to search for an ATM to use free of charge in my bank's (Valley View Bank) network. I was happy to find one very easily just a 1/2 mile away from where I was. While I was looking online, I was sad to see a very negative review of my bank. For the good experiences I have had, I thought it was only fair to give them the good rating they deserve. I have been banking there for about six years and moved my accounts from a bank that was absolutely terrible! I really like this bank. They are helpful and friendly. I am extremely picky, so I have had a few times over the years where I have asked for something a little out of the norm and they have been flexible. I definitely can't say that for where I was banking before. This really is the best bank ever.
