I called up and spoke to Dean after getting an internet price and an even higher price from another local store on a special order from Arroyo Craftsman. Dean called the manufacturer, arranged the special modification, and gave me a price that was 15% less than the best internet price I received with no shipping costs. He called me in two weeks to tell me my order was in, a week earlier than expected, and loaded the large lamps in my car for me. I could not have asked for better service and at a cost better than I ever expected. I highly recommend Pasadena Lighting.
