Review content:
Due to my current economic situation, I've had to recently use a discount vet service which comes through a local pet store once a month for my dogs shots ( rabies, etc...).
This service, however, is not permitted to sell the rabies tags, so I went by Bay Road Animal Clinic today to purchase the tags, hoping to get a glance at a possible future vet to use. When I walked in, James slid open the little window to the office and stared at me....no hello, just stared at me. I explained to him what I needed and he told me no. He then told me to take my business back to where I had gotten the shots. I said that i would take my business elsewhere, to which he smirked and said ""Someone else will get your business? Yeah, that's why you go to PetCo for your shots. You're not a client here!""
Wow......I was shocked. I then went to Alton Road Animal Hospital where I was treated very well by friendly staff.
I will never go back to Bay Road Animal Clinic!
