If you are looking for a fabulous salon experience, look no further that Frederic & Co. in Darien, CT. If you have ever seen the movie Steel Magnolia, you will surely recognize an experience reminiscent of that, here. The staff of talented stylists is sweet and friendly, and I can assure you their laughter will never leave you. While I have had at least a wash and blow dry with all of them, my intimate experiences have been with Nalia and Olga. Nalia is an awesome colorist, but also a lovely, down-to-earth girl who will end up your friend. After being in a near-fatal accident a few years ago, Olga introduced me to extensions. Carefully and tastefully done, I experience my ?Cinderella moment? every time I enter and leave this salon. Having tried two of the finest salons in Fairfield County, Frederic & Co.?s extensions are definitely the better of the two! In addition to their careful application and realness, the extensions are cost-effective, as the salon charges very reasonable rates. Also, if you feel you need to freshen up your makeup look, Elena is a wonderful makeup artist who will give you a new look that you?ll love! Every time you visit the salon, you will be greeted with open arms, a warm cup of coffee and accompanying sweet! (Yum!) If you are looking for a unique gift for either the holidays of a birthday, purchase a gift certificate for your loved one from Frederic?s. It will be an experience they?ll never forget!
