Walking by one day shortly after theyd first opened, we stopped to read the menu & were eagerly beckoned in by a waitress. Not so sure, we took the challenge. Any doubts wed initially had soon thereafter disappeared. Weve been regulars ever since. Specializing in what we call ""CA Sushi"", they have a wonderful flair for sashimi salads & special rolls with interesting sauces. But if the standard is your fare, you won't be disappointed with their generously cut, fresh sashimi & sushi. Were always open to trying other sushi restaurants but inevitably find ourselves returning to Brand. The ambiance is nothing to write home about. The wait staff has better days than others. But ultimately, were always greeted warmly & attended to graciously by the chefs, in particular our favorite, Kenny. When we want sushi, this is where we go!
