I RECENTLY SIGNED ANOTHER LEASE (#6) AND AS USUAL I HIGHLIGHTED MEDS I BOUGHT OVER THE COUNTER TO HELPTHEM WITH MY SUBSIDY. JUST BECAUSE IT DID NOT FAX WELL THEY REFUSED THE ALLOWANCE FOR MY RENT. WHEN I EXPRESSED MY DISAPPROVAL THE NEW MANAGER, RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, CALLED THE HOME OFFICE AND LIED TO THE OTHER PERSON AS TO ME BEING RUDE AND BELIGERENT TO HER. WHEN SHE GOT OFF THE PHONE I APPOLOGIZED TO HER, AND STATED I WAS NOT RUDE, HOWEVER, IF SHE THOUGHT I WAS I WAS SORRY. I SIMPLY ASKED IF THERE WAS AN APPEAL PROCESS. SHE RUDELY TOLD ME NO THAT THIS WAS THE FINAL MOMENT FOR ME TO SIGN OR PAY THE FULL PRICE FOR MY APARTMENT. i TOLD HER I HAD ALREADY SIGNED HER PAPERWORK BUT THOUGHT IT UNFAIR THAT I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $5 PER MONTH JUST BECAUSE THEIR FAX MACHINES COULDN'T READ MY RECEIPTS. I OFFERED TO OVERNIGHT THE ORIGINALS TO THE HOME OFFICE, AND WAS REFUSED.
