Rude doesn't even begin to explain how this company operates. My water was shut off for non-payment. My husband has been very ill and out of work since January 2011. I am having a very difficult time making ends meet. I phoned to see what I needed to do to get the water reestablished and was informed of the laws pertaining to tampering with the meter. I asked when I could come in to pay by bill and told her I didn't care about that, I wanted to know when I could come pay my bill. She informed me that she wasn't in the office. She flat out told me she wasn't in the office today so I could come pay my bill because she was busy ""out shutting off water!"" Yep that's her main objective, get paid or shut er off. They could care less about people and really don't want to hear about your problems. Oh, I was frustrated and dropped an ""F bomb"" so she scolded me and hung up the phone. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Mr. Fletcher you could have done a lot better in picking a wife, cause this one is ruining your reputation. Yes, it has become personal now. I wish I could move out of this area so as not to have to deal with her. But don't worry, with my husbands health it will probably only be a matter of time.... Perhaps it will be good riddance as far as she's concerned.
