Review content:
I love my spa! Yes it is my spa. The key that if you get someone you like...get there CARD! Then when you book an appointment request for them. Often times they will ask if you want them again...SAY YES!
Don't leave your experience up to whomever. A day at the spa to me is personal and I always request people that I had great experiences with. Also if those people know you requested them, they will make sure to make it a great experience for you again.
Also Tip well! :) that also helps ALOT!!!
All of this is true regardless of what spa you go to. I love the Retreat because it is close and relaxing compared to the Dublin Penzone that feels like a night club.
Pros: Great Environment and accommidating
Cons: Request past people for GREAT service
