Review content:
While I went in to Marina Del Rey Toyota on President's Day wanting a used car, I am the proud new owner of a brand new 2012 Toyota Corolla LE. Boy it was love at first drive. For about a month now I've test driven a Honda Civic?which I felt was sluggish?a few Hyundai Elantras?which I liked and was seriously considering especially due to their 10 year/100,000 mile warranty?and about a year ago I test drove a Ford Focus?which was also a serious contender. But when Tino Santiago showed me to the 2012 Corolla and I test drove it, I knew this was the car for me ? it felt great, it drove great, it just felt like such a higher quality than the Elantra. Now that I've been driving my new Corolla for about a week now, I'm totally loving it. The bluetooth connection to the radio is one of my favorite features, because I like to talk to people a lot when I drive. Everyone I've talked to so far says they cannot tell I'm on bluetooth, that it does not sound like a speaker phone, it sounds crystal clear. I also really like the function on the dashboard that tells you the MPG you are currently driving, because it helps you figure out how to drive more efficiently, as well as the function that tells you approximately how many miles are left on your gas tank. On a full gas tank I believe it read somewhere between 365-390 miles .... that is awesome. The most I ever got on gas fumes in my old car was between 210-225 miles. After test-driving, Bradley Garfinkel then took over as my sales rep. I can't sing his praises enough: Bradley is an EXCELLENT sales rep for Toyota and he truly went above and beyond taking care of all my concerns, providing services like a wash and gas tank fill up, hooked up my phone to the bluetooth radio, even followed me to my home to deliver the car (since I didn't have a 2nd driver), and called me the first week to follow up and make sure I was happy with my purchase. He should definitely be rewarded for his absolute patience and overall service to me (if you know me then you know I come prepared with a lot of research and questions). Bradley and the whole team that helped me on Monday, President's Day, at Marina Del Rey Toyota?including Tino Santiago, Brian, and Scott Richards?are a credit to the Toyota sales team and if you come here to Marina Del Rey Toyota to buy, definitely set up an appointment with Bradley, he'll take care of you. I got a great deal on President's Day! In addition, I feel like Toyota is a more solid company than the competition I was looking at. That is why I made a last minute change to the Toyota Corolla after looking at the Elantra for about 2-3 weeks. I also asked around and realized that my Mom has owned three Toyota Corollas in her lifetime and loved them and my cousin's finance turned me onto Toyota when he told me his close friend was very happy with his Camry and that he was going to be seriously considering a Camry or Corolla as his next car.? My fiancee's parents have owned nothing but Toyotas, both Corolla's and Camry's for many years and currently have 3 right now (one for my fiancee's sister). When I wrote into Toyota Motor Sales, Inc. (corporate), they answered me very quickly, answered all my questions very professionally, and the rep gave his full name. That just made me feel better about Toyota as a company. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and look forward to a long fruitful relationship with Toyota and Marina Del Rey Toyota.
