I don't know if my first sign should have been that they were in Jantzen Beach Mall or that the guy working had no idea what I was talking about order wise and yelled at me. We DISTINCTIVELY told this place we needed our trophies at a certain time. As I showed up to get them, on the way to the banquet they were needed for, they were still not ready. The man working behind the counter was rude and informed me that we were undercharged for what we ordered (by another employees mistake ) and told me I could just come back next time to make up for all the money he was giving us. The service is awful and this place (is awful). I had called a few times to make updates and to see how progress was, the day before the event I was scolded and they told me they would call when they were done. Well, they never called and DID NOT finish our plaques on time. Then, when we received the plaques there were scratches and marred parts all over!! Avoid at all costs. trust me, you'll be very disappointed.
Pros: uhm... they are located next to my nail place?
Cons: all of it.
