Review content:
I recently went to Rosa's Restaurant, and surprising enough I found a rubber band in my bean burrito! I was speechless, I told the waiter (who speaks absolutely no English) but by then I just wanted to get the check and leave. I asked for the manager, and (10 mins. later) she told me she could bring me another one, that?s it. I just said ?No, thank you? and we left. I was shocked that they were so nonchalant about the situation and not friendly what so ever. They have no customer service. The food is overpriced, it takes the staff an incredibly long time to seat and serve you, which is quite unacceptable. I'm certain that the FDA would not approve of what happen. Overall, I would not recommend anyone going to Rosa's.
Pros: None.
Cons: Service, food, parking, unpleasant hospitality
