Review content:
I started my first tour with the 805 Boot Camp earlier this year and I had no idea what to expect since I've never had much physical activity except briefly going to a gym a couple of times before losing interest/motivation and quitting. But I was 40+ years old overweight, out of shape and if I didn't do something it was just going to get worst. Randy and Sarita Shoemaker that own and operate the camp are the most energetic, enthusiastic, positive & encouraging people I've ever met. They will absolutely push you to 110% all the time! But they motivate you with positive encouragement. This positive attitude of Randy and Sarita's also spreads throughout the camp to all the other campers. On my 1st tour I felt welcomed by everyone and really liked the way everyone encouraged me and they still do. I am on my 4th tour and just signed up for my 5th tour I have made a lot of major improvements in my life & body and can't envision not being apart of this great family!
Pros: Most fun you will ever have working out
Cons: You will learn to love working out
