We noticed our floor started to squeak a few months after buying the house, so we decided to call matvey construction they completed a very thorough review of our foundation and said we should monitor at this point and look for further settling. 6 months went by and this February we noticed the doors and windows were not closing well. we called matvey construction out they reviewed the monitors and found a portion of our house had moved 3 inches. they sent a crew out next day to temporary stabilize, then they had a engineered design and repair completed in 11 days. our house is level and we could not be happier with matvey construction they are great.
