I went in for a brake inspection. The guy behind the counter greeted me and offered the free brake inpsection. They checked my car out and then offered me a couple of different estimates on how to fix my car. He explained the pros and cons of each repair and I went with the middle repair. He then offered me a ride home and informed me when my car would be repaired. He then called me after reapir was made to let me know that car was done. I picked up the car and payed the exact amount that I was quoted earlier. The best thing was about a week later, the manager called me and was checking on my visit and to make sure that I wasn't having any problems. I enjoyed the fact that he cared to call me after I had left. I will tell all my firends to visit Brake Specialists for any problems they have with their car.
