I was referred to Dr. Wu by a friend who had gotten her Botox done there last year. I can't say that I was the happiest with my experience. I had been getting treatments from my dermatologists in Manhattan and thought I would give this office a try because it was more convenient for me to get to. Bad decision. The front staff was rude and barely spoke English, the waiting room was so cramped that there was only standing room in the dirty hallways, and I had to wait over 30 minutes to be taken in. But what was worse was my experience with the doctor- not attentive, rushed me through the treatment, gave me the most uncomfortable Botox injections, and afterwards didn't even return my calls to answer my questions. Believe it or not, I would have gone back had the results been decent except that a few days after my treatment I experienced bruising around my eyes, which I had never before experienced at my dermatologist's, and my smile was totally lop-sided!!! When I smiled it looked like there was something stuck in one of my eyes and I was squinting! All in all, I would not recommend this doctor to any of my friends for Botox treatments. I am much happier making the trip into Manhattan to be in the care of my dermatologist.
