I have been going to Jessica's for the last 15 years and never had a bad manicure or pedicure. It is clean, the staff is friendly, and parking is convenient (and free). For everyone that has a problem with a $30 manicure, I say, what kind of service did you get at one of those ""discount"" nail salons? soozyB
Pros: experienced staff, conveniently located free parking
Cons: need to be able to walk up a flight of stairs, unless you're Nancy Reagan, and then you can be carried up by a secret service agent
