Review content:
The Italian Cobbler is wonderful. Not only does he do professional work, he?s very accommodating. I live in Virginia and I was visiting my mother in Westlake. My husband?s old, but favorite sandals needed an emergency repair. The first place I went told me it would take a week. On the way back to the hotel, I passed the Italian Cobbler and stopped in. I showed him the sandal and he said, ?no problem, I?ll have them tomorrow afternoon.? He did, that was six months ago and my husband is still wearing the sandals. Two weeks ago, I was visiting again. I have an old photograph album with many family pictures. It has a wooden cover and the pages are secured by two leather ties. One had broken and the pages were falling out. I had attempted to get someone to repair the album here in Virginia, but was unsuccessful. As I was driving down Clague Road, I remembered the Italian Cobbler. I stopped in and asked if he could replace the broken leather tie. Again, no problem. The next day I picked up the album with two new ties. I put the pages in the album and tied them in. Just like new. He had even cut the ends at an angle like the original ties and matched the width and color of the leather. His prices are reasonable and his service is prompt. If I lived in the area, he would definitely get all my shoe, handbag and luggage repair business.
Pros: Thumbs up. Service and Quality
