I am truly impressed with such patience and professionalism I received from the first phone call. I spoke to Shalonda and she was so patient and understanding that she made me want to come in to the Salon and see what more I could find out. From the moment I walked in the door I felt comfortable and welcome. That is so rare today. I am an ex-stylist from the days of when you made your customer feel like they are the only one in the shop. That is how all of the stylist made me feel. Shalonda was my stylist and I feel she was extremely informative and supportive to what I was looking for. She has a very patient personality and that was helpful to me. Shalonda did a wonderful job on my hair and I will return. I liked all the ladies in the salon and would recommend all of them. I watched a couple of ladies hair get completed while I was there and they looked great! I was in and out by the time Shalonda told me my service would take. I received the Keratin Treatment and I loved my hair when I left. I definately recommend this Salon to everyone who really values service and your time. My appointment started on time and ended on schedule. It was quiet and serene. Thank you for your professionalism.
