Another gem on the Southside of Williamsburg!!!!! PT serves high-end quality cuisine, combined with a tasteful, non-pretentious ambience, service, and prices. I have dined at a lot of the top restaurants in New York, but I have to say PT takes the cake in Italian food. Realizing his recipes with only the freshest organic produce and herbs, homemade perfectly-cooked pasta, and savory sauces that top all of the assorted dishes offered, PT's Italian celebrity chef is clearly a driving, culinary genius in this sophisticated, laidback, candlelit niche. Not to be missed is the outdoor garden area, or Monday prix-fixe nights introducing alternating regional Italian fare.
