Review content:
We are long time fans of D.O.C. and finally made it to P.T. for a truly remarkable dining experience. This restaurant truly has it all. The design of the place is stunning without being austere. From the detail of the bathroom light switch, to the bread served in a brown paper lunch sack, to the silver ware placed on individual grey stones, it is a warm and delightful place to have dinner. The staff is remarkable. Don't expect French service, expect an authentic Italian dinning experience. This is the real deal. The servers are incredibly knowledgeable about the unique wine list and incredible food. If you are lucky, you might get a bear hug from the chef who comes out to see how people are enjoying their meal! My favorite items were the special appetizers of a single ravioli stuffed with venison and the shrimp salad with fennel which was refreshing and tasty. The en trees were also wonderful. The home made Tagliatelle pasta dish with a boar chocolate ragout was incredible. The lobster ravioli special was a subtle delight. We can't wait to go back and try more!
