I went back home for Mardi Gras and remembered Big Al's from the East side of town. We took a group of 7 to Big Al's Too which had recently opened. We did not go during prime time so being crowded and busy is no excuse. The waitress was HORRIBLE! She only came to take our order then drop and I mean literally drop the food on the table then we never saw her again. We ordered a lot of food as I was showing my daughter, her boyfriend, and my boyfriend who'd never been to Houma how great the food was there. The food was ok. The boiled crawfish were not very warm however and worse yet even though I requested they be brought in stages so they would not be cold the waitress brought 20 pounds of them to the table at one time so they were cold by the time we got to them. We could not get refills on our drinks even though we could see her sitting across the restraunt talking with another waitress. Finally I asked another waitress to wait on us and asked to see the manager. He only took two plates of the cold crawfish and brought fresh...no other offerring of making this right despite it being a $150 bill. The second waitress wound up being almost as bad as the first one and in the end we had to get up from our table and go find her to pay the check. The only reason I don't give it the lowest rating is because of the other Big Al's being so good and never having those kinds of issues....hope this one gets better.
