I had a bag full of clean, folded, never-before/once-worn Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Gap, J. Crew, Polo, etc., clothes. When I stood at the counter (close to ten minutes) to ask to sell them, I had two to three women behind it tell me that I needed to have the clothes pressed and on hangers to sell them--which I did not see posted ANYWHERE, and as far as I can tell, they don't have a web site to give people a head's up about their requirement before wasting their time going in in the first place. The women spoke to and stared at me like I should have known better, as well--not appreciated. You can count I will never go there again, and I want others to know that it isn't worth their time, either--I only gave them a star because I was required to give at least one to post this.
