I would have gone there for the rest of my life.
Worked 2 things:
1. Disconnecting a heater- left hoses open, turned on the fan on the way to LA, all the water came out and nearly blew the engine. Ruined the radiator.
2. Drilled out broken bolt to fix belt shredding problem. Drilled it out, replaced 1 bolt, but left the 2nd bolt off (hole for bolt right in front of face!). Since 2 bolts were not in the new one broke off again, shredded the belt and is now stuck in there again.
Charge for nearly ruining our car for good? over $450.00. PLUS $425 to replace radiator and another $400 to fix original broken bolt...Total Damage $915.00
