DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The granite is beautiful but they did an poor job and do not believe in customer satisfaction. We bought a Tier 3 top of the line granite and it was cut and installed with many imperfections. The owner, Pete, came to see the issues after it was installed and agreed that it should not have even left the shop that way and they?d make it right. He mentioned he had been having issues with his guys and was going to change things for the new year. So, I took the day off work, he sent some guys to fix it ? they tried but couldn?t and even they said the granite shouldn?t have been installed with the flaws it had. Pete called afterwards to say that this was all his guys could do and we needed to pay the balance (no adjustment) that day or he?d contact a lawyer. Then he actually hung up the phone and would not answer when I called back ? very professional. Do not believe their website that says ?machined to perfection?, ?professionalism?, ?dedication to customer satisfaction?, etc. The only professional was Kristin, in the office, who was very apologetic and pleasant to deal with.
