Review content:
My wife took in our Suburban because the wind swung the door open and bent it so it was hitting the fender and wouldn't open. She took it in to Lester's Body Shop for a quote to get it fixed. She said she wanted it opened and they said they could do that in only a few minutes and then proceeded to use pry bars which bent the front edge of the door and the rear of the fender as well as popping welds loose on the fender. They also pried from inside the door and bent the front hinge face of the door in a couple of places. They now want $1200 to fix all of the damage they did. When I went in the next day to ask them for the quote and to find out why they bent everything up, they got all defensive, lied to me, and then swore at me and my 3 yr old daughter as I left. I started off the conversation very cordially and I never yelled at them. I was definitely upset about the amount of damage done trying to ""fix"" it, but I remained composed during the entire conversation which was mostly one sided on their part being all defensive.
