Review content:
I've been going to Precision Pilates for more than a year now, and it's the only workout routine that I've ever been able to stick with. I go religiously twice a week; I never mind going because it's fun and it goes by so quickly. (Note that this is the type of Pilates that uses reformer machines; it's not the kind of ""mat Pilates"" that's often offered at gyms.) I have noticed a huge difference in my core strength, posture, and fitness level. The reformer classes are limited to six clients with one trainer or ten clients with two trainers. (You also can take private classes.) The studio is in a medical office building in Mission Viejo. It's small, clean, and not the least bit snooty, intimidating, or pretentious. The trainers are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They're also in great shape, which is extremely motivating! The owner, Brian, is great too. He teaches many of the classes, and he always does so with a sense of humor. Pilates is a great workout without feeling like a workout. I highly recommend it to anybody who wants a good workout but can't seem to make it to the gym!
