I would not recommend this business. They are money hungry. After they receive your money, you are history. I ordered a special made rug. They told me it would take 2 weeks, and they would call me. Four weeks went by, never heard a word. Called and was told the rug would be ready on Friday, they would call me. Guess what, Friday came and went, never heard a word. I had to call them. Not once did they call me. I also purchased an area rug at the same time. The rug did not lay flat on the floor. I called them, they said bring rug in and we will steam it. We will call you when the rug is ready, guess what no phone call. I called and was told the rug would be ready in a few days, they would call, no phone call. I picked up the rug and brought it home, and the same thing was happening. I called and spoke with Lori (don't even bother talking to her, because she is always right). She asked me where I put the rug, and I told her in front of my couch. She asked me if I had anything sitting on the rug, and I told her yes an ottoman. Oh, she said this is the problem. No this is not the problem, because when I take the ottoman off the rug, it there is no difference, the rug does not lay flat on the floor, it has bubbles in it. She said they could not do anything about this, because you are not suppose to put furniture on top of the rugs, now imagine that. She was very unprofessinal and not helpful. I would never buy anything from these people, as they are not professional.
