Review content:
When first contacting this company, I thought they were very professional. It seems they contract out all the work and only handle the logistics. Deck Tech came to my house to pressure wash and stain my deck. At first site, the pressure washing seemed ok, not great. Then I looked at my pool and it looked like it was filled with mud. They failed to properly cover my pool and dumped all of the washed off dirt and old stain into my pool. I immediately called when I saw the condition of my pool and they wanted to argue with me regarding correcting my pool issue. Having just replaced the liner a month earlier, I was concerned about the chemicals they used to clean the deck and didn't know if I needed to contact the EPA or what. They only told me it was called 'Blue Soap' which I could not find any MSDS online for. Finally after several days of calls and speaking to the company owner, they agreed to pay for a pool service to clean my pool. I had issues all summer with the pool, I think the organics had polluted my sand filter and micro filter so bad that next year I will be dumping the pool water and replacing the newly purchased sand as well. The deck flooring was replaced this year as well. Their staining is all streaked and looks like a 10 yr old put it on. Next year I will also have to restain this deck properly... after the mess they left in my pool, I will no longer allow this company to step foot on my property.
