Review content:
3 days after moving in, we caught the manager in our apartment, unannounced, going through our stuff. She said she needed to check for bugs. You will get an eviction notice if you are more than a few days late; no notification or reminder. Doesn't matter if you thought the wife paid and she thought you paid. Add $122 to the $50 late fee. Parking spaces are VERY small; everyone has door dings. Roachs, mice, nasty letters in the laundry room, vagrants in the hallways at night. One water heater per building (cold showers). Music and baseball announcers from the park across Joran Creek BLASTING from loud speakers all summer. Cars racing around the complex. Honestly, I cannot urge you to stay away strongly enough.
