My daughter was looking for a prom dress, didn't want strapless. Virginia the owner talked her into a strapless dress, telling her it would be great because of the stays. The night of the prom, before she even left the house, the stays starting bending and sagging. She had a difficult time keeping the dress up all evening. We took it back the same week. Owner was downright nasty and rude, telling my daughter she was too short and busty - even though she was short and busty when we first tried on the dress! She refused to do anything about the dress, said she would send to manufacturer but never did, after several months just returned it in a box without saying a word. They will NOT stand behind anything they sell you - try somewhere else.
