We have been there twice, first time food took so long to get to us we had to take it home :( not to mention it was no good at all once we got to eat it no apologies for the long wait.. Second time hoping first impressions were wrong, food was there timely, but all of it was COLD, not warm COLD, I ordered a Ruben the corned beef was so dry it crumbled and could barely swallow it my 4 year old who will eat anything complained that her 6.95 Kraft Mac & Cheese was ice cold, so I called for a manager which I never do!! and complained he was such a rude person never said I am sorry I sent back my food and stated I did not want anything else instead of taking my food off the bill that I did not even eat they charged me for it!!
