Just notice that most of the reviews are either 5 or 1. That could mean that the class was inconsistent. Unfortunately, I think I know the answer. The low reviews are the real ones, the 5 star are ones that the instructor asked the students to give a good review to balance off the companies stats (as I heard Jennifer ask a few to do.) Listen to the low ones, this class was an absolute joke, the instruction, the 'book', the unmonitored 'lab time'. Just go buy a bartenders book for $25 and start barbacking where you can.
