Review content:
I had couch cleaning done which I do annually. KlassLess Kustomerservice (Klassy Klean) came out and cleaned it left, I saw spots called, and was told they will come out on Saturday, they didn't make it til Monday. Then a dry vac was ran over my couch needless to say the spots were still in the couch. I then called left 4 messages the owner finally called me back and says he will issue a refund, this is after I told him I had hand cleaned my couch and all the spots came out but two. He proceeds to say the chemical you used must be stronger than what we have. (Really you are a professional cleaning service) I never recieved a check I had to ride up to the place of business 2 times because the owner wasn't in. Then he tells me ""I feel like I am being taken to the cleaners on this because it has been a month"". It has been a month because you haven't returned the 4 calls and messages that I left. KlassLess KustomerService is a bad cleaning service and they care nothing about having business from my experience.
