I have had my car serviced at this Jiffy Lube now for 6 years. I am always left feeling as if I am being treated like royalty. What is different about this place is that from the moment you drive up, there is always a smiling person there to greet you and instruct you as to which stall to use. That person then comes to your car to see what you need and intstructs you to go to the waiting room. He opens your car door to let you out. You are then escorted to the door to the waiting room where another friendly smiling employee opens the door for you to let you in & instructs you to take a seat. Even if you forget to tell them to do certain things like to check your tires, they just do a complete checklist including pulling up the required maintenance on your car due to the age of it or the # of miles you have in your car and then someone calls you to tell you what they feel is needed and to let you know the cost. You can then decide what services you want to purchase (much cheaper than the dealer). A very large team of workers will tend to your car and within minutes, your car is ready with the wonderful surprise that they have cleaned all your car windows, vacuumed your car, are always available to top off your liquids free of charge between oil changes and will always include free window washing & vacuuming. As soon as the car is ready and you are ready to leave, anaother smiling face is there to open the door to the waiting area to escort you to an open car door. Can anyone beat that type of service??? I would think not. As for employees who are under age, that just does not exist. I am so glad to see a local business that trains and employs so many workers in the area....all are friendly, polite and not condescending to women. Gotta run now to have them change my wipers and and a burnt out headlight.....so happy to be heading where they always make me feel good. If i could rate them 10 stars, I would.
