Review content:
I'd go here again, as the rice was excellent--not just the steamed plain rice you get at most places, but spiced quite nicely--and the naan was decent, even slightly above average. For a main course, I had the chicken makahni and my boyfriend had the chicken tikka masala. The entrees were decent in terms of spices (I like it hot), flavors, and the consistency of the sauce (I like it nice and thick), but my chicken tasted low in quality. I know makahni is made with the cheaper chicken parts, thighs, and I have no problem with this, usually. Here, however, I kept getting large chunks of chewy fat at the ends of the pieces of chicken, leading me to believe that the chicken wasn't cleaned well. My boyfriend liked the tikka masala, but it wasn't the best he's ever had by any means. Pros: Best basmati rice ever Cons: Main courses are touch and go
