Support Services Lacking:
1] Phone calls are rarely returned. There seems to be a lack of staff [only 2 people working in the front office] so we receive a voicemail saying that we will receive a call within 24 hours. We never do.
2] Staff are very nice, but because they are so pressed for time, they will not do things like schedule radiology appointments. All my other doctors undertake that responsibility
3] Every time I have gone there, I have had to wait for about 45 minutes to an hour before seeing my doctor. The waiting room is packed. The office is neat and beautiful, but waiting is not good.
4] Steve is great!
Suggestions: the problem is not the staff per se. It is the doctors who do not hire enough staff to complete all tasks competently. Therefore hire more staff to cater to two doctors and all their clients.
Pros: doctors very interested in client's well=being
Cons: support services are lacking
