Review content:
I see Dr Ansara for thyroid issues. She is attentive and personable. There used to be a HUGE issue when I saw Dr. Lee at this clinic with wait times - not uncommon for you to wait 1 or more hours past your appointment time. Since I have started seeing Dr. Ansara - I haven't had any wait time issues. Here are the issues I have had - when you cancel your appointment - don't leave a message. I did and they said I didn't and charged me a $50 no-show fee. I don't think they check the voice mail. No they don't schedule Radiology or lab appointments - but I never have had the doctors office do that - so that doesn't bother me. Also - they write a prescription for tests - so you can go where it is most convenient for you (just make sure you check your health insurance so you go to a facility that is covered)
