I wish I could give this place negative stars for the horrible customer service. I live out of town but have lots of family in the Belleville area. I sent flowers to my mother for Christmas in early December-- to give plenty of time for delivery. They didn't deliver them. I had to spoil the surprise and ask my mom to find this out. No call- no email- nothing. When I emailed them-- they promised to fix it and send out the next day. Again- no delivery. No email, no call nothing. When I wrote them back, they tried to blame it on my mom for not answering the phone. No offer to fix. I purchased my flowers elsewhere. Bob's finally delivered over a week late AND STILL TRIED TO CHARGE ME. I wouldn't trust them to deliver a pizza let alone flowers to someone special on a special day. I hope this review saves someone time, frustration and lost money.
