Businiess name:  Dixie Kitchen & Bait Shop

Review content:
I frequent the new Lansing location. I live in Indiana, so this is most convenient for me. The fried green tomatoes are a wonderful thing. The peach-glazed chicken wings are addictive. The catfish fried to perfection. Seafood cakes are in a delicious league of their own. I don't even mind the often long wait to be seated because I know that I'm in store for a treat. On the down side: the corn muffins are dry(so eat the johnny cakes instead); the greens are a bit boring and the red beans and rice is bland. That being said, Dixie Kitchen is one of my favorite eateries. It's becoming one of my casual ""let's meet up for dinner"" recommendations. Portions are huge. I always have to take food home. Even my teenage son, the bottomless pit, can't finish his meal. Pros: Fried green tomatoes, Peach-glazed wings, Inexpensive Cons: Crowded, Red beans and rice, Corn muffins
