Let me first start by saying, I have never had an unpleasant customer service experience in ths particular store. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and well-trained.
This is a great store to shop at if you are a big guy, whether you're heavyset or tall or both.
They have a lot of fashionable items, including designer clothing, which is a big plus when you are shopping for a 16 year old boy.
They carry all sizes, for all heights, weights, etc., all combinations.
They have very nice close, and they have a mailing list you can get on & they send you a coupon every month or so for $20 off or 20% off a purchase. They also have good sales, and you can use coupons on sales items.
If they don't have something in your size, they may be able to order it.
They have everything from shoes and sneakers, casual wear to business suits.
I shop here often for my 16 year old son's and my husband's clothing.
