I was interested in having individual lashes, and, because I have never had false lashes before, I made sure to ask how to care for them. I was told to keep water away from them and they would last for up to 2 weeks. Late the following night, I noticed the right eye had a group that had completely lifted, and the left eye had a group that had completely changed directions. When I went back the next day I was told I had to ""be careful how I slept"". Being a ""stomach"" sleeper, I knew this would be impossible for me so I told the technician that, instead of having her fix both eyes knowing the same thing would probably happen because of how I sleep, I decided to have her remove the lashes. They were very friendly until I asked for my money back. The man at the front desk became loud with me and I had to get loud back and tell him to let me talk. He insisted they did not give refunds because they ""did not work for nothing"". I feel I should have gotten a refund because I was not fully informed of how to care for the false lashes, and the lashes lasted less than 2 days instead of 2 weeks. If you feel any merchant providing a service should stand by their work and provide a refund if the services were not satisfactory, you should not use this shop. I know I never will again.
