Amen and Amen to girlcomesaround. I rented them for a senior prom for my daughter and her friends. The driver had been drinking which, of course I didn't know until they were gone. The limo had trash in it from previous users. The air was not working properly. When I called to complain they threatened to abandon the kids. Perry Tirotta was the worst president of a company I have ever dealt with. If you are not happy with any part of their service, TOO BAD. I made it perfectly clear that the driver was not to get a tip but....you guessed it....charged to my card anyway. I will do everything I can to make sure everyone I know never uses them. I have never been cheated like they cheated me ever by any company. I am sorry to see they are still in business.
