Businiess name:  Mike Johns Imports

Review content:
I was displeased with the service I recieved from Mike John's Imports. I spent a considerable amount of money on head gasket, radiator, and wheel bearing repair and/or replacement. Although they got the job done, they treated me like a second class citizen. For example, they were impatient and quickly dismissed my inquiries into the condition and status of my car. I noticed that they catered more to male clientel in their crowded and apparently overbooked establishment. I will not waste my time with them in the future. Good car service should go beyond repairs and maintanence as this is what is expected at all car shops. Mike John's should invest in some soft-skills training. Pros: No Pros Whatsoever... Cons: Unprofessional
