Review content:
The person that made the negativ e review forgot to mention that he was told the price given over the phone is a special discounted rate. If you live in California, you know you can't get a smog check for $25 which is what he was expecting. He didn't mention that the smog tips coupon dictates that you get $25 OFF the original price, and not the a discounted price. He purposely left out this information in his review. This shop has been in business for obver 6 years, and 99.99% of the customers agree that the service is fast, honest and professional. Now if you expect to get something for free or an unreasonable price, i suggest you apply for financial aid thru Welfare or unemploymen t benefits. Another fact he lied about is that the shop in less than 5 miles away from his residence, assuming he is in a residence and not a trailor. Smogtips website only shows the shops coupon to customers who state a zip code within 5 miles, therefor his claim of driving 10 miles to the shop is just another lie.
Pros: Do not do repairs, competitive prices, easy to get to, speak english, spanish, russian, french and italian,
