Review content:
If I were to own a quilt shop, I'd want it to be like Mabelena's. Brenda Heffernan is the owner and she named it after her two grandmothers - Mabel and Lena. Good selection of fabrics (batiks, juvenile, Thimbleberries, Moda, flannels, reproduction, 1930's, wool), lots of inspiring kits, great classes with great teachers, including Amy Davidson who has started her own line of patterns (humble bee quilts.) I wish they had a fabric card because I tend to buy 80% of my quilting supplies from there!
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff
Cons: not a one!
