Review content:
The people in the office/showroom are very nice. I think they forgot about our on site estimate though. When I called after they were late a flustered man showed up (he said after being called off a job) to measure but did not even have a tape measure?! Same thing happened when it came time for installation. Said they would be here on Friday (no time given) We had to call them several times before they would even answer then they gave us a 5 hour window. When the did arrive they were confused about what to do. Said they never did this kind of job before (a hearth). Had to have my husband come home from work to figure it out with them. They left with glue smeared all over the new stone. We had to purchase $10 worth of acetone and clean it ourselves. The selection of stone was nice, the installation was a pain. Looks good now, but not happy with the process.
