I have no idea what these people are talking about when they complain about Queen of Clean Services. We moved to our new house in Santa Barbara this past January and we learned about Queen of clean service through yellow pages. My wife called and made an appointment and they came out the following day for an estimate. The owner, Rosario, who happens to be a wonderful woman performed a thorough inspection of the house and pointed out issues that we had not noticed before. She gave us a very reasonable estimate and sent in two people the day after we accepted the estimate. The day after the two maids worked very hard for eight hours (all day) and turned the house around. The following day their carpet cleaning people came over and again did an impeccable job. It was so different that we could not believe it was the same house. I have called them once since then for minor cleaning and they have been marvelous as before. I totally recommend them.
