Review content:
Fitness plus is a nice facility for your avarage gym goer. Its like the ford escort or the fitness world. If you have ever watched the movie dodge ball fitness plus is like the avarage joes where answer is fitness is like globo gym. Their gym gets the job done however if you are serious about fitness and want to achieve fitness goals you NEED to go to a higher end facility such as answer is fitness which is like the mercede s500 of the fitness world.
Pros: there is never anyone there
Cons: the machines are very old
